libindicate0.1-cil-dev software package provides CLI bindings for libindicate5 - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libindicate0.1-cil-dev
libindicate0.1-cil-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libindicate0.1-cil-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
